Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada is a women-only gym with 5 facilities located in Ajax, Burlington, Pickering, Promenade Mall (Thornhill) and Richmond Hill. We cater to every fitness need to help women of all ages, shapes, and sizes reach their health and fitness goals. And now we're available online too!
We believe that when we, as women, come together and build each other up, incredible things happen — we are unstoppable in reaching our goals! Our team of fierce female instructors will keep you inspired every step of the way in your #WFCCFitnessJourney, whether you're at home or at the gym.

MEMBERSHIP
Q: I am already a member at Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada. Is access to the online classes included in my membership?
A: Access to virtual classes is available for all Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada members. If you have not received a e-mail invitation from us, please contact your home club's manager and we will assist you!
Q: I'm not a member at Womens Fitness Clubs of Canada. How can I get access to the WFCC Virtual Workouts portal?
A: No membership currently? No problem! Please send a message to onlineclasses@womensfitnessclubs.com to connect with the WFCC membership team. We will assist you with setting up a WFCC digital membership!
Q: How much is a WFCC digital membership?
A: Our digital membership is $8.95 biweekly.
CLASSES, LIVE SCHEDULE, & UPLOADS
Q: What kind of content do you offer virtually?
A: Our virtual platform offers a variety of workouts AND wellness content designed to help you feel stronger inside and out! Choose from the following categories: Strength & Conditioning, Mind-Body, High Intensity, Pilates & Barre, Boxing-Inspired, Cycle, Special Programming, Talks & Workouts, Challenges, and more.
We offer live classes (join our instructors in real time!) as well as an on demand library and replays of live classes. View our schedule here.
We will also continue add to this library, with new live classes available for replay regularly, and select Instagram class throwback uploads too!
Q: What fitness level are your workouts designed for?
A: WFCC classes are designed to be inclusive, for all fitness levels, unless otherwise stated. Our instructors will provide modifications for varying fitness levels.

Q: How often are new classes available?
A: We stream 3-4 live classes daily, and 4 classes total on weekends.
We will also continue add to this library, with new live classes available for replay within 1 hour after the original broadcast, and select Instagram class throwback uploads too!
If there is a technical issue with a class replay, it will be noted on the Schedule page.
HOW TO JOIN CLASSES

Q: How can I see the on demand and live class replay libraries?
A: Visit our Catalog to access our full library, including on demand and live class replays. Our Catalog can be easily accessed in the navigation menu located in the top right corner.

Q: Will my camera be accessed during a live class?
A: Your device's camera and microphone will not be accessed to participate in a live class. You will only be able to see the instructor's video and will have the option to send Live Chat messages.

Q: How can I connect with the WFCC community via social media?
A: We love seeing you shine inside and out! Share your WFCC workout experience and sweaty selfies with the community hashtags #WeAreWFCC and #WFCCFitnessJourney. To be reposted to Instagram Stories be sure to tag @womensfitnessofficial.
POLICIES
Q: Can I share my login information with my friends and family members?
A: WFCC has a strict policy of one user per account. Sharing logins is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will get you banned from using our online services.
